The Question:

Hi, Dan! first of all I'd like to thank you for having this site available for us. I'm a 17 year old 166 pounds and an avid lifter. I'm currently using your 3 day express power and training. I'm trying to get cut and gain mass at the same time, is it possible?

I take about 400 or more mgs of chromium picolnate as fat burners and including liquid fat burners. I'm also taking multi-vitamins daily.
Is it possible for me to gain fifteen pounds of muscle while lowering my body fat percentage within the twelve week program?

The Answer:

Experiencing some soreness is normal when you begin a new training program. I have been training for over 20 years and I occasionally get sore from an intense workout. However, you should not be sore all the time! Just reduce the weight of some of your exercises until the soreness is no longer a problem. Then, you can slowly increase the weights on a weekly basis.

Chromium Picolinate is a very popular nutrient for people looking to decrease bodyfat levels. Here is a web site that concentrates specifically on chromium picolinate information. Check it out!

I also believe that creatine is a very good supplement for increasing muscle size and power. Click on this address to see a newsletter that I wrote about creatine. You will have to scroll down a little to see the article.

It looks like you are doing everything you can right now! Keep training hard!
