The Question: i was wondering if you could help me a question about supplements. I'm 15 years old and have recently started lifting and I have been playing ice hockey for about a year now. I was wondering if I should start taking supplements eg. creatine. Some of my friends have taken it and said they have gained muscle fast. Should I start taking creatine or wait a while. The Answer: If you train hard, don't miss workouts, sleep 10 hours every night, and eat 6 times every day I would say you are ready for creatine. However, if you are not very consistent with everything I mentioned above then taking creatine isn't really going to help you! It's up to you now! |
