The Question:

I started the Get Lean Program today - but I have a question regarding the weight specified.
For example if it says Dumbell Fly 20@10lbs does that mean I use 2 10lbs dumbells or 2 5lb dumbells?
Just wanted to be sure I'm using the correct weight :) Also, I don't really want/need to do Neck or Forarm weights, but there wasn't any exchanges for them.

Thanks for your help. I'm excited to do this program it will be a great change for me.

The Answer:

The dumbbell exercise weights are for EACH dumbbell. So if the program says 20@10lbs, then EACH of the two dumbbells would be 10 lbs. If you don't want to do any neck or forearm exercises, then you can just skip them. Any exchanges for an exercise would only be for the same muscle group using different equipment or a different exercise.
You sound motivated, train hard!
