The Question:Thanks so much for having a site such as this. Is there anyway to input daily information into the program for tracking, or do we just follow the set program?
The Answer:As of right now, we don't have a means of what we call “True Tracking”. We always “remember” each individuals specific exercises, weights, sets, and reps, including any update or changes, but having a true tracking function will enable us to log and store the starting parameters as well as any adjustments and physical changes ever made as long as the member was a member!
We do plan to add this feature in the very near future. Its just that developing other features of the site have taken a higher priority. For now, follow your individualized program and, of course, make adjustments to your weights through the web-site if something was too hard or too easy. Don’t forget that you can change any of your exercises to something that may feel better for you as well!
You can also re-take your strength tests at any time and all your weights will be adjusted automatically, but I wouldn't recommend doing it more than every 2 weeks. It’s almost impossible for your body to change enough to warrant an across the board strength test. I recommend taking the strength tests over on the last workout of weeks 5 and weeks 10. This will have given your body enough time to develop.
