The Question: Dan, I work Monday through Friday as the Assistant Fire Chief with the {location witheld} Fire Dept. I currently play racquetball on M-W-F for about an hour. I do an overall body workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays for about an hour. How can I get more muscle mass on without quiting my racquetball game. P.S. I like the weekends off to spend time with the family. The Answer: There are several 2 day per week programs available on Fitrex. For muscle mass gain I would suggest looking at the Strength and Power Program. I see no reason for giving up Racquetball. However, if you really want to add some mass I would consider lifting 3 days and playing Racquetball 2. Also, there is alot of usefull information in or nutrition section. Gaining muscle mass is as much about how you fuel your body as how you train it. |
