and would like to know what do you recomend I do
to GAIN WEIGHT AND SIZE? Unfortunately I find it
very hard to eat...right now I'm averaging about 2
meals per day (FAST FOOD MEALS). I am very picky
(STUPID). Please give me NUTRITION (SPECIFIC MEALS)
AND WEIGHT TRAINING TIPS. THANK YOU! The Answer: The weight lifting tips are already done! Just get on a 4 or 5 Day Strength and Power or Bodybuilding routine. Go for the EXPRESS versions as they have a little less volume so you won't burn as many calories just doing the workout. But, they still have all the good heavy stuff to help build some bulk. Then, you should seriously consider taking supplements. At least consider supplements like Creatine and a meal replacement powder like Myoplex or Met-Rx. These things actually taste really good. So, even if you are a picky eater you can just whip up a great tasting shake that has tons of nutrition in it. Even the most expensive shake (Myoplex Plus Deluxe) still only costs about $2.25. What else could you buy that will have as much quality nutrition as this price? There really is nothing! |
