The Question:I was wondering what your opinion was on
andro6 (an EAS product) and whether you think it
is safe or not? Also, what are your thoughts on
Ripped Fuel by Twinlab?
The Answer:I would be wary of any supplement that affects hormone levels or any other part of your endocrine system. Some people respond to andro-6 and other people get nothing from it.
Here is an address for you to check out prohormones like andro-6.

Ripped fuel and the various "fat burners" out there do work but you really need to cycle these supplements to avoid a down-regulation of your body's natural adrenal stimulants. You should cycle your fat burners with a 2 week on 2 week off cycle. Then, once per year, you can stay on for up to 8 weeks without any negative consequences. You should check with your doctor beforehand, however, to see about blood pressure concerns and any contraindications with other medications. Remember, hard training and consistant dieting are the true keys to long term success!
