The Question:

I have been lifting weights for the past seven years and I have been stuck at the 140 pound mark. However, I have already gained 5 pounds on the workout that your webstie provided. My question is.... I am currently taking Creatine Monohydrate for muscle enhancement. Does it have a big impact on my weight training over time or am I just wasting time and money. I have tried getting necessary supplements in natural foods, and still do, however I thought that the Creatine would help me not only build muscle but also gain a little weight.
